A North East based Games studio are currently looking for a Producer to work on a range of new titles on Console and VR Platforms, some of which are based on huge box-office IP’s. The studio is renowned in the Console/VR industry for creating high end games and have continually set the bar in the market on both single and multiplayer titles.

The role will have you actively getting involved with creative and technical teams, helping keep the processes going efficiently and on budget, whilst championing an autonomous approach for production flows.

You’ll also be getting involved with overseeing schedules for multiple products, tracking milestones, quality checking and steering the Production principles whilst having the foresight to spot bottlenecks and blockers that can slow down the project. You’ll also help mentor the studios Assistant and Associate Producers and help guide their progression with your experience.

You must be based in and eligible to work in the UK, to apply for this role.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Producer
  • Shipped titles on Console or PC platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Autonomous and able to use initiative with minimal supervision and a confident decision maker
  • Excellent communication, with the confidence to present to senior teams
  • Superb attention to detail
