Senior Release Manager

Platforms: Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Epic Games, Steam, GOG

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on external partner policies, processes, submissions, age ratings, compliance, and publishing for both physical and digital distribution.
• Manage and coordinate the release management team, directing both online and in-person efforts. Develop and enhance workflows, test plans, and team documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, communicating on behalf of the company and coordinating with other publishers. Offer clear guidance and instructions to internal teams, publishers, and external partners.
• Create workback schedules based on task turnaround times and external partner timelines.
• Collaborate closely with development production, QA, and brand teams.
• Track and manage development kits.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of video game publishing for both physical and digital products.
• Experience with digital and physical product setup, including full games, DLC, season passes, live-service, cross-platform, and more.
• Familiarity with digital store setup, including metadata, pricing, pre-orders, launch discounts, and voucher code management.
• Experience with physical and digital sub-publishing, including standard, special, and collector editions.
• Understanding of age rating systems such as ESRB, PEGI, USK, ACB, and IARC.
